Gauge Colour Above/Below

Would be great to be able to define the colours on Gauge chart when above/below target. At the moment if we use 'Green above target' then if below target is automatically Red. In my case I'd like to be able to use the fill colour as the default, but use Green for Above Target.

    For revenue tracking, it doesn't make sense to have a vibrant red below target when we are only halfway through the quarter. I'd prefer it is a soft blue below line, and then vibrant green above target.
