Add Legend Position options to card Appearance settings on dashboard

Currently the position of a card's legend can only be configured within Analyzer, which means that the legend will appear in the same location in every dashboard where that card exists. Depending on the layout used the legend can take up too much space on the dashboard, so it would be nice to be able to configure the legend position or hide it on just that dashboard.

Great idea, this would certainly allow us to reuse cards more rather than having to create copies just because on X dashboard the legend makes more sense to be displayed in a different position.
