Grant to Share Cards and Page, but not Edit

We would like to create a new role that is a User but can share cards and pages. However the grant that allows sharing also allows editing and deleting. I would like to see that grant split into two since they feel like they are completely stand alone actions. In our use case, we have upper management looking at a page that they would like to share and can't. They have to get in touch with an editor or admin to request that. This slows down progress significantly. We would like these higher level users to be able to share, but we don't want them editing or deleting.
