Similar to the Scheduled Reports and the newer Best Mode Manager, there should be an Alert Center where we can view all Alerts. It can be similar to the Datacenter and be sorted multiple different ways, as well as show us states of the Alerts and Last Triggered. Sharing and Un-sharing alerts should work similar to sharing dashboards. At the moment, I cannot figure out how to unsubscribe from an alert and hitting the Unsubscribe link in the email just takes me to the alert settings.

From the Settings, click the "Already Shared with" dropdown and it will let you manage the users.
