We would like to suggest a few improvements to the Workspace user experience:
- Custom Workspace Thumbnails
- Allow administrators to upload custom images for Workspace thumbnails.
- Alternatively, provide a library of Domo-hosted images/icons that can be selected when configuring a Workspace.
- This would help organizations better brand and organize their Workspaces, making them more recognizable for end users.
2.Improve the "Updated X Days Ago" Indicator
- The current "Updated X days ago" text can be misleading, as users often interpret it as the last time the underlying dashboard, app, or data was refreshed.
- Consider providing an option to:
- Remove this text entirely.
- Customize what it references.
- Display a more relevant timestamp, such as the last dataset refresh time or last content update.
- This would reduce confusion and provide users with a more accurate understanding of data freshness.
These enhancements would improve Workspace usability, customization, and user confidence in the information being presented.
