I am getting an error message when uploading files


I am uploading a file from excel through my network drive. I have successfully validated my user crudentials under the settings "Impersonation" section.  However, when I go to upload I get the following error, "The user name or password is incorrect" in my output. Any ideas on why this is happening? I have successfuly uploaded this file in the past.

    What version of Workbench are you using? I haven't used Workbench in awhile but I was previously unable to authenticate with saved user credentials in version 3. On the advice of Domo support I tried version 2 and had no problems getting them to work.
