As an analyst I'd like to import metadata about the Google Sheet as columns

Metadata like: Google Sheet Name, Google Sheet Tab Name, and any other attributes that might be available

In order to do automated data quality checks, and provide enhanced exploration on data sourced from Google Sheets

    @JasonAltenburg Hello! One Analytics has been working on a Google Sheets Metadata Connector that we're planning on making free for the Domo community.

    As of now, we're planning on incorporating the following fields:

    Spreadsheet-Level Metadata:

    • Spreadsheet ID
    • Spreadsheet Title
    • Sheets Count
    • Data Sources & Connected Data

    Sheet-Level Metadata

    • Sheet Name(s)
    • Sheet ID(s)
    • Row Count
    • Column Count
    • Hidden Status
    • Filters

    Column-Level Metadata

    • Column Names
    • Column Formatting
    • Data Validation Rules
    • Conditional Formatting Rules

    File Ownership & Access Metadata

    • Owner Email
    • Users with Access (and level of access)
    • Last Modified Time
    • File Size (in bytes)

    The following fields are also available for retrieval:

    • Locale
    • Time Zone
    • Default Format
    • Spreadsheet theme
    • Sheet Type
    • Frozen Rows
    • Frozen Columns
    • Tab Color
    • Created Time
    • Shared Status
    • Named Ranges
    • Protected Ranges
    • Merges
