Currently Cloud Amplifier writeback requires "CREATE TABLE" grant, we are looking for option to writeback only to existing tables and not create.
Below is concern from our Snowflake DBA team-
The concern is more around privilege usage, efficiency, cost and wastage. Once we grant `CREATE TABLE`, Domo can create arbitrary tables within the permitted schema, and its implementation makes creating/replacing tables the easy path even where that may not be the most efficient Snowflake pattern.
