There needs to be a way to set an app content to be "full page" or otherwise set the vertical size you want the content place holder to be. There have been several apps where I needed to add a report or something that needed a lot of vertical room, and I had to drag the border down a little bit at a time before I had to stop and scroll the main browser window down so that I could again move the content border down.
