Allow managing of sub-dashboards across parent dashboards for owners. There is no way for an owner to move or save a sub-dashboard to another parent dashboard. Allowing owners to cleanup and organize their dashboards .
1. In Manage Dashboards, there is no option to move a sub dashboard to a different parent
2. In 'Save As' dashboard, there is no option to save dashboard to a different parent dashboard
