Add “Delete and Replace” update method option for connectors returning 0 rows

Currently, when a connector using the “Replace” update method returns 0 rows, Domo preserves the previous dataset contents to protect downstream assets. While this behavior is understandable, some use cases legitimately expect datasets to clear when the source returns no records.

A configurable option such as “Delete and Replace” would allow customers to opt-in to replacing datasets with 0 rows when an empty result set is the expected business outcome.
