We recently started testing out Cloud Amplifier on our Snowflake environment. It's great but there is one issue that is preventing us from using it.
Our Snowflake database names change every month due to a data architecture decision our engineering team has implemented. This is preventing us from using CA on Snowflake because the Domo dataset is tied to the Snowflake table and database. If we change the database of the existing connection, it creates a new dataset which would then have to be updated in downstream ETLs. Yes we can create a workflow to do this, but it would be much less painful if by default we could swap out source tables and databases while maintaining the same dataset in Domo. Thanks!
