I have received feedback that some users would like to be able to change the "Reply-to" email address for notifications or other emails sent from Workflows.
In some cases, these emails can require follow-up, which may include directly replying to the email. Because the emails are sent from a no-reply address, users who attempt to reply to the email get a bounceback message, unless another email address is included in the notification body and they manually compose an email to that address.
The requested functionality would be that the notification email sent from a Workflow can have a configurable "Reply-to" field, so that we can direct replies from recipients to an appropriate inbox. Another potential way to implement this may be to add the ability to use a SMTP server to send the notifications from a server of our choice, including specifying the address that is the sender.
