Having page-wide and tab filters baked in would solve a problem for us where we have to create multiple copies of cards and components, each identical except for a change in one filter which applies on a certain page or tab.
This is also exacerbated by not being able to copy or "save as" an app component, so each version must be created again from scratch.
Critically, we do not want users to be able to see or modify these filter, and it shouldn't cause the "filtered" icon to appear on cards. We also would want this to be unaffected by the "Clear All Filters" button.
