I would like to submit a feature enhancement request on customer behalf (Cardinal Group Management & Advisory, LLC) regarding the use of the scale parameter in DCML when rendering charts in the Campaigns app’s PDF email attachments.
Currently, the scale parameter works well for adjusting chart size and text scaling in dashboards and web views, but it is not honored in PDF outputs generated by Campaigns. This limitation restricts our ability to optimize the readability and layout of charts in emailed PDFs, often resulting in text and visuals appearing too large or not fitting well within the page.
Adding support for the scale parameter in Campaigns PDF attachments would greatly improve flexibility in report formatting and enhance the end-user experience.
