We would like an option to extract data from shared mailboxes in Exchange Online, either via a licensed account which has full access to the shared mailbox, or some method using a registered app.
We tested the existing Domo Exchange Mailbox connectors with Domo support and were unable to see the Sshared mailbox after successfully connecting with a service account which had full permissions on the shared mailbox.
