Currently, the NetSuite Writeback Connector in Domo does not support the “Case” object. This limitation prevents users from creating or updating case records directly in NetSuite through Domo.
Our use case involves replacing our existing website forms (which currently create “Cases” in NetSuite through a custom integration) with Domo Forms. By leveraging Domo’s NetSuite Writeback Connector, we aim to automate and centralize this workflow directly within Domo.
Adding support for the “Case” object in the NetSuite Writeback Connector would enable users to:
- Seamlessly create and manage customer service or issue-tracking cases within Domo.
- Eliminate the need for external scripts or web integrations.
- Enhance data consistency and automation between Domo and NetSuite.
This enhancement would significantly improve the connector’s flexibility and usability for organizations that rely on NetSuite’s case management functionality.
