Allow transparency color adjustments in App Studio

Our company (Thrivent) recently rebranded and are unable to match the tints provided by our media team. The tints are based on two of our primary colors that exist to be used as background colors. Unfortunately, we cannot adjust the transparency of the primary colors to match our branding needs.

It would be lovely to have the ability to incorporate tints, or adjust transparency, within custom themes in App Studio.
