Allow differential shading between multiple sub-total fields in Pivot Table

Domo allows multiple sub-totals in Pivot tables depending on how many dimensions are thrown in. In my example, I have Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Overall, where Daily is the lowest granularity, Overall is the Total, and thus Weekly and Monthly are both sub-total fields. Monthly is a higher level than weekly, but the shading is exactly the same, which makes it difficult to distinguish.

Summarised also by a support handler, and attached a screenshot with a mockup of what I'm requesting:

"When applying the color rule to subtotal rows in the pivot table using the "Subtotal Row Fill Color" option under the subtotal settings in the chart properties, the same color is applied to all subtotal rows.

I have reviewed the shared PNG file and noticed that there are two different subtotal rows: Payment Month and Payment Week. When a color rule is applied to a subtotal row, the same color is applied to both the Payment Month and Payment Week.

Unfortunately, the pivot table does not currently support applying different colors to different subtotal rows. I understand that this may not be ideal for your needs. However, you may consider submitting this as a feature request on our "Ideas Exchange" forum."

+1 to more customizability of Pivot Tables. They've gotten a lot better in the last year or so, but still have a lot of unrealized potential.

Indeed, but just after I wrote this suggestion I came across another limitation, where pivot tables force your multiple value inputs to lay out horizontally, rather than an option to have them lay out vertically. Hopefully their pace of improvement continues
