Returning a Card's value to Zero once filter is cleared

I am seeking a solution for returning a card's value to zero once a filter is cleared. I have two filters on a dashboard: one is for a survey title and the other filters for survey questions. currently, the filters are set independently (if a particular survey title is filtered, the questions populate for that survey) and a card shows the total number of questions for that particular survey. If the questions filter is chosen, it returns all survey titles that contain that particular question and the card shows the number of surveys with the question. Is it possible to turn filtering off if a dashboard filter is established?

What is the solution for return a card's value to zero once a filter is cleared? I have a card reflecting the title and another reflecting the questions and would like both to reset to zero or "Empty"

@DeborahAnderson On the interaction settings of a dashboard you can change what cards a filter card can interact with. You may be able to set it up to where the question card filter does not interact with the title card filter. Not sure I fully understand the 2nd question, but do you have any default filter views setup? I usually have a default filter view setup and then just tell users to refresh the page if they mess up their filtering.
