DomoStats connector - Activity Log report limit
Hi team,
Posting this for one of our customers, in regards to the DomoStats connector:
The DomoStats connector only provides a small rolling window of Activity Log entries in the Activity Log report. We currently retain only 30 days (though in the past we retained a longer window).
However, the connector report automatically pulls in the new activity records and appends them to the dataset. So, if the DomoStats Activity Log report runs every day, you can accumulate a large date range of data.
I'm working with a client who wishes he had known this sooner, because they can only pull Activity Log data from back to February 1st 2024, which was the earliest date in the rolling window, as of the date when their DomoStats Activity Log report was first run.

Suggest when DOMO onboards new customers that the value of DOMOStats datasets are explained so that a record of key data can be retained at an earlier time in the customer DOMO journey.
