Movable Dashboard Page Filters

Problem: Our community applies many page filters to dashboards, many of which have a general order they should be listed in. When these need to be rearranged or have a new field added in the list, you have to remove all the filters up to the point where the new filter is added to correct the list. This is very tedious especially when needing to add or change filters across multiple dashboards.

Idea: Page filters that could be rearranged after applied to a page would solve this issue and make editing page filters significantly easier. Allowing our developers to move page filters once they are already applied to the page filter bar would save time and make updating dashboards easier for our developers.
