Move Dashboards for Non-Admins

The location of a dashboard can be an essential part of the appearance and structure within a DOMO instance. However, as we know, the original location a dashboard is created may or may not be the best location; or the best location for that dashboard may change with your organisation's structure.
Admins are able to move the dashboards, however Admin level access is understandably restricted to a small number of people so any requests for page movements usually end up going to the same few people.
I would like to suggest/propose that the ability to move dashboards is enabled for editor and above access levels limited to dashboards that they are an owner of.
ie. They must be an owner of the dashboard being moved, and the dashboard it is being moved under.
This would then provide more control to the dashboard developers and minimise the requirement for people with Admin access to make dashboard moves. It's especially useful when the user has access to a large number of dashboards, trying to find the correct dashboard to "Add a sub-Dashboard" can be clunky. A dashboard could be added, and then moved under the required dashboard.
