Individual Default Filter View

It would be nice to allow individuals to set their own default filter views. Right now, the only way to set default filter views is to set it as a default for everyone. It would be nice to allow people to select their own, if there's a certain view that they always use, so they don't have to go through the dropdown every time, especially if it is a widely used dashboard with lots of public filter views listed as options.

It would also be nice if the dashboard owner could assign individuals or groups default filters instead of using PDPs.

Scenario: A sales dashboard using 4-5 widely-used datasets to show sales metrics specific to each AVP. Since the PDPs restrict access to all cards using the datasets, we just want to filter this one dashboard so it does not affect other cards/dashboards using the datasets. Rather than duplicating the dashboard for each AVP or managing PDPs on all the datasets, the dashboard owner can assign certain filters to each AVP as a default view.
