Ability to enable/disable filter options as we have in DOMO Pages

Hi Team,

We need ability in App Studio where we can have check box to allow/disallow

1) Adding new filters

2) Global Dates

3) Segmentations

It needs to be at overall app level like we have 'Filter Options' in pages.

If you click on the page layout within the app studio editor, the right panel provides you with these filter options settings!
