Setting Time on Workbench Advanced Schedule

When posting a workbench job on advanced schedule > more than once a day, users can only set time based on the current time.
If i wanted to schedule a job at 10am and hourly but its currently 10:15am, i would have to wait till the next hour mark before setting the job to run at the time i needed.
