Set User Landing Page / Mobile Landing Page to App Studio App

Currently, can't set user landing pages on mobile or desktop to an App Studio app. This functionality would be very helpful with driving adoption of new products we've built using app studio.

Interesting that we can set company landing page to an app but not user specific. This would be super helpful.

@lhrogersiv and @bryceorton we have built this exact solution for a quite a few clients now!

Here is how we are doing it so you can easily distribute full apps (we white-label the domain and our logging from everything).

As additional feedback on current state, setting the Default Landing Page via the Admin settings only sets the app as the landing page for the desktop version of Domo. Does not apply to the mobile application which to me, is a gap.

This is needed. And compatibility with the Group Management Toolkit for setting default landing pages as well.
