Logged-In User Variable

For a given card, I would like a variable that identifies the logged in user. I could use this value to, for example, conditionally apply a format related to that user.
Consider this example data:
I may want to display this information in a Table card, and highlight the row(s) related to me, because I am the person logged in:
I would want to use this variable in a variety of cards, including custom visualizations.

I would for sure use this capability if available. Would also be helpful on other user profile properties like, location, department, manager name, including my own defined properties. (Not PDP)
