Allow scrolling from dashboards on Heatmap Table

For the Heatmap Table visualization type, it would be amazing to have the ability to scroll up and down from within the dashboard. This is currently not possible. Ideally, a user wouldn't have to expand the visualization to see all of the data and could access it directly from the dashboard.

@Casey As a work-around I suggest switching your card to Mega Table chart type since they can scroll from a dashboard view, and have heatmap capabilities:
