Ability to Customize Text for Scheduled Reports

We have users in our instance that would like to have the ability to customize the text at the top of a scheduled report. For example, the ability to exclude: (1) the dashboard name; (2) number of cards on the dashboard; (3) sent by name; (4) filters applied to the dashboard.
