We would love there to be a way to see any changes that have been triggered to a connector, dataset, ETL, etc. and retroactively pinpoint them.

so like the Lineage diagram?
would you want this to be a dataset?
on paper I can see wanting to know dataflow_execution (domo stats) was triggered by "schedule" or "manual" but I think that already exists.
