How to reset dataset color rules?

I adjusted the name and data type for a column previous used to set dataset-level colors.  Now my colors aren't working and when I try to reset them in the dataset, I get nothing but JS errors in the console.

 

Is there a way to force the dataset to reset the colors without having to delete everything and start over?
