POP Notification for Windows Buzz (Windows 10)

We are trying stand-alone windows buzz application as a chat system and the pop-up notification doesn't come up in Windows 10 when somebody texts you. It simply flashes. See video attached.

 

We would like a change to domo buzz app on Windows to have that pop-up notification, as it's currently available on the Max
