I'm trying to write a CASE() statement in BeastMode that is similare to using the BETWEEN operator in SQL.
I've tried this but BM will not validate.
(
CASE when `FieldValue` <= -16 then 'Bad'
when `FieldValue` > 0 then 'OK'
when `FieldValue` between -1 and -15 then 'Good'
else 'Ugly'
end
)
I've also tried this way. BM will validate it but it's not practicle, especial if I want to change the values.
(
CASE when `FieldValue` <= -16 then 'Bad'
when `FieldValue` > 0 then 'OK'
when `FieldValue` = 0 then 'Good'
when `FieldValue` = -1 then 'Good'
when `FieldValue` = -2 then 'Good'
when `FieldValue` = -3 then 'Good'
when `FieldValue` = -4 then 'Good'
when `FieldValue` = -5 then 'Good'
when `FieldValue` = -6 then 'Good'
when `FieldValue` = -7 then 'Good'
when `FieldValue` = -8 then 'Good'
when `FieldValue` = -9 then 'Good'
when `FieldValue` = -10 then 'Good'
when `FieldValue` = -11 then 'Good'
when `FieldValue` = -12 then 'Good'
when `FieldValue` = -13 then 'Good'
when `FieldValue` = -14 then 'Good'
when `FieldValue` = -15 then 'Good'
else 'Ugly'
end
)
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!
