  • Hi @jackson_obara, I assume that this is the connector for D365: https://www.domo.com/appstore/connector/microsoft-dynamics-crm-connector/overview. Was there anything in particular you were having issues with?
  • Hi @D-Rab, the warning message indicates that all of the data is present, but on the card level, the visualization has been truncated. What you should do is reduce the amount of data coming into the dataset you use, or perhaps adding a Search bar on the slider card would enable the other people to come up.
  • It doesn't appear for me when searching the Appstore. Perhaps reach out to Support [support.domo.com] and/or your Customer Success Rep to enquire.
  • Hi @user063136, limiting the width of the vertical bars via Chart Properties (i.e. Bar Settings -> Width Percentage) would apply it across all the bars as opposed to some. You could look to apply Limit Rows or a filter to enable users to toggle between different views to help make the values more clearer.
  • Hi @JonavilCello, have your tried using the Command Line Interface (CLI) tool to transfer ownership to your account? You might need to raise a Support request, otherwise.
  • Hi @jstan, there's an option to link Buzz to an external platform, which is documented here: https://developer.domo.com/docs/api-reference/buzz-integration-api-reference. I believe you'll need to first ask Support [support.domo.com] to activate the API for your instance as it is disabled by default. After they have turned…
  • @nj-John-mirc, using the 'Activity Log' dataset, you can then refer to Action and Object_Name fields to get the list of instances an 'Invite' action has taken place and who were involved. You'll need to filter to the Admin names as the record for new user invite occurs twice (i.e. One under the new user name and one under…

  • So there's the steps outlined in the OneCloud BizApp article requiring client ID and secret from the setup to be completed on the OneCloud end. But in order to leverage the APIs in Domo (in this case, importing in data), it will require you to obtain an access token. You can learn more about the steps to do on Domo end…
  • Definitely reach out to Support [support.domo.com] so they can be across this incident and have a deeper look on their end (via the dev team)
  • Hi @Pedro_Valverde, There's a graph, the 'Line + Grouped Bar' chart type [https://domohelp.domo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043429153-Grouped-Bar-with-Line-Chart], that by default gives multiple bars and a single line for your defined measures. You'll have Series blocks available as you add in your measure. Also, if you want…
  • It does consider the beast mode calculations but beast modes are calculated on a row by row basis whereas you need the beast mode to calculate using the full sum values of column 1 and 6. Which is why some prep work is needed on your dataset to ensure your data coming into the card is totalled so that the grand total row…
  • Hi @Saketh, so the total row for the card is calculated after the beast mode is calculated, meaning what you see happen is it’s adding your percentages instead of calculating your total percentage. To go about getting a true total row, you'll need to use an ETL to group your data together and sum all your columns using a…
  • @genaussie How did you go with this mate?
  • It's also worth looping in Support [support.domo.com] to have them look at it as well (and escalate to Dev if it turns out to be a bug in the connector).
  • The connector is still there and hasn't been decommissioned or anything like that Could you please share what error message you are receiving, and if there have been any recent changes to settings etc based on your Dataset history?
  • Yes there is, in your chart, go to Chart Properties -> Data Label Settings -> Click the plus sign on Text to reveal a list -> Click on %_PERCENT_OF_TOTAL
  • Hi @NevilleMills, due to the underlying architecture of Domo and data storage in general, the data removal process would not be as easy for users as say, highlighting rows or columns in the DataSet level and deleting, or running a DELETE FROM type command. What you can do is create a dataflow to input your dataset, filter…

  • Definitely reach out to Support [support.domo.com] then to have them look at it as well (and escalate to Dev if need be).
  • Hi @eriena, the 'Curved Line + Stacked Bar' should enable you to see values for each column (based on how many 'Measures' you drag into the Series section). To have the values appear, see the image below to enable that setting: Please provide more information if you are after something else.
  • Hi @user027926, while there could be a workaround (for example, if Sprout has a data warehouse export that can feed into Domo automatically via csv), ask your customer success rep and/or Support [support.domo.com] to have them look at it as well (and escalate to Dev for their input as well).
  • Hi @KenTravels, this is a good first place to start to understand the steps of setting up: https://domohelp.domo.com/hc/en-us/articles/1500000161782-WooCommerce-Connector. Did you have a particular question or issue around connecting?
  • Hi @thwartted, there's a setting in Admin section that enables you to change the time zone to anything aside from UTC You can find more information here: https://domohelp.domo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360042934394
  • Hi @Jbrorby, you can find the link here: https://dojo.domo.com/discussion/54131/how-to-clean-up-clutter-user-conference-jan-2022-notes
  • Hmm yeah that's odd. It's worth reaching out to Support [support.domo.com] to have them look at it as well.
  • Hi @JR_Iron, have a look through this article [https://developer.domo.com/docs/dataset/import-and-export-data], including sample request codes in Python, to see if you can export your data that way.
  • Hi @user059353, you could use ds_import: ds_import(ds_id, df_up, update_method = "REPLACE") where ds_id: Data set id (from url in Domo). df_up : Dataframe to upload. update_method:Optional choose the appropriate updateMethod when importing data via the API. Available choices are either to APPEND or REPLACE.
  • Hi @genaussie, after selecting "Show Total Label", there's an option to change the position from default to Outside, which will make those negative number labels appear at the top of the bar, or Outside Top, which will raise the labels above the x-axis. Unfortunately, the label positioning is pretty limited currently. Let…
  • Hi @WizardOz, are you looking to change the data connector account ownership or any given dataset that sit under your connectors? If it's the former, then the steps are: - The new owner needs to first setup admin accounts of each platform (for example, Eloqua), ensuring the same accesses and privileges as the previous…
  • Hi @Crisocir, you can read more of what Mark referenced regarding card to card filters and slicers here: https://domohelp.domo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360042923914-Applying-Page-Level-Filters-with-Filter-Views#6.
  • And if you haven't already read it, some steps have been outlined on how to enable the feature in your instance once it's been purchased: https://domohelp.domo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043437993-Sharing-Cards-and-Dashboards-Outside-of-Domo-Using-Domo-Embed#Using_Domo_Embed_for_Dashboards
