• Thanks for your response. Yes, I uploaded using the Excel plug-in. No - I do not see Settings. See the screenshot above (Lineage comes after Cards). Thanks again

• I think I have the same question - where are the settings? I only see the below (no settings). I just uploaded the spreadsheet. Thanks for your help.
