Yeah, this one shut down our reporting for a month. WOW. So when you say "filters are working correctly" do you feel that was the root cause? I was importing a table, do you feel the issue was that table had a filter and it was causing it not to refresh?

I agree, since we can't rely on the data, we've had to revert back to manual reporting. Very disappointing

I've "heard" they found the issue and the fix is in QA. Anyone have a fix yet? How long does QA take and would they just send me the fix or do they run on a schedule?

Thanks, I checked, i don't have a domo add-in listed but Domo still shows up in the toolbar. I also removed the only Domo program in programs and that didn't remove it either? I'm not able to remove Domo from the toolbar. If I could though, i would i then get the next to the last version of the add-in to add again? When I…

Hello, I don't seem to be getting anywhere with Domo technical support. Are there any others who have experienced the same issue? Data tables added to Excel do not change when the data refreshes?

Yes, tried that. I created a totally new workbook, same thing.

Pull only. Yes, I've tried that and I also tried creating a brand new sheet, placing that table in the sheet. When it first loads, it has the correct data, because you can see it come in correctly. When I click refresh, it refreshes with old data.

Thanks David. Yes, as of this morning i was still having the same issue. Data would refresh on the dataset if i looked at the card in Domo, but Excel would always have the same information from a few days agon.

Here's what i was saying about pages…i meant to say dashboards :)

sure, i'll attach. But since then I have given access to the users to those "dashboards". I have a dashboard with 2 sub dashboards beneath and on the 3rd down is where the data resides. As a test, i have them access to all 3 dashboards….still the same issue.

when I say the complete path it is on some pages that they don’t have the full path access. They do have access to the page and can open it up individually though, but if they try to traverse through the menu, they can’t.

Thank you. That worked. I created a constant and called it Master group, with a text of "Chem Data". believe that's what you meant by the "lowest Level". In my source data, some of the group's contain extra spaces. Like PTD is PTD (2 spaces). is there a way to trim those spaces for the compare?
