It's surprising to discover that there is currently no method to track the utilization of apps created through App Studio. We need a mechanism to monitor this in order to determine whether the apps are truly adding value to the business and whether they are being used effectively. We need this asap as we see so far 290 apps are created in our instance.

Domo Stats is available for App studio. You can look for App studio apps and App studio App pages Domostats reports.

    We do not have ability to track if particular card is used on App or not. When can this be added to DOMO?

    It has very few columns not able to get the exact utilisations yet.

    This is available. We built a view that combines a few domostats datasets together that tells us the view counts of every card on every app along with the total number of views for each app and app page/tab.

    Just join together the following domostats datasets:

    App Studio App Pages
    App Studio Apps
    Card Loads
    Card Pages
    Cards

    Once you bring these together it will give you a full view of the data you are looking for.

    @DomoDork : Thank You, we already have it in place. However I was looking for the user names individually who all accessed App Studio. Let me know if you have any solution for the same.
