Variable & Control showing in a chart

In an App, to use a variable, you need to add a control → basically a filter card in an App

or expand the card and see the control on the right side of the chart.

However, it'll be easier if the control variable is showing in a specific chart like this, this way I don't need a separate card for to pick the variable control or expand the chart to see the control.
