Allow users to rearrange cards in the appendix

Currently, you have to remove all cards from the appendix and then add them to the appendix in the order that you would like. It's extremely inconvenient when you have more than 2 or 3 cards in an appendix.

It would be incredible if we could just drag and drop them in the order that we need them in while editing a dashboard!
