Resolving Domo Mobile App Customization Vulnerability
As part of the November 2024 release, Domo introduced the capability to customize its Mobile App.
Through the mobile configuration interface, admins are able to customize the mobile navigation experience to the unique needs of their users.
Problem is, once the customized mobile configuration is deployed, users are able to easily switch their configuration back to Domo's default by selecting "Switch Configuration" through the top drawer navigation menu (see screenshot). This defeats the purpose of the customized deployment and introduces a vulnerability for organizations that want to prevent their users from exploring multiple configurations.
Unfortunately, there is currently no way to prevent the user from switching their mobile configuration. As a result, I am asking for a solution to govern this.
