Adding Timezone Options to Scheduled Reports

Currently, there is no way to set a timezone (ET, CT, etc) for Scheduled Reports. It defaults to whatever timezone of the user who schedules it, but that timezone is affected by daylight savings time. This is unlike DataFlows and Dataset schedules, which are unaffected by daylight savings time and run at the same time regardless, which is ideal.

This option would be great in order to avoid changing the times of scheduled reports twice a year (I have 30 that I oversee right now, and it's tedious).
