Allow Normal dashboards to use App Studio-esque themes and tab interactions

I think everyone loves the concept of app studio but in practice building apps is extremely cumbersome. No move/copy, no copying of pages, no save as for pages to other apps, no page level permissions to restrict portions of an app to specific users… which creates a huge headache when you're trying to roll out apps with roles or even just repurpose a dashboard from one app into another. Not to mention accessing apps today is enough to kill usage and adoption in itself.

I've been told that App Studio was never meant to replace normal dashboards. Which is why App Studio doesn't have export or other features. So I would love a middle ground. Good ol' fashioned dashboards are easy to build, easy to govern and easy to replicate. And way easier to use in an embedded instance where not all users will have access to all pages of an app.

Let's allow the creation of themes that then can be applied to a dashboard just like in app studio. And the tabs element would be a nice to have. This would allow for a much needed UI/UX improvement to update existing dashboards (They look so outdated compared to other tools out there) and hopefully be something that can come sooner than it is taking for App Studio to be feature complete.
