Collapsible Appendix on Dashboards

Currently the Appendix section on dashboards cannot be resized. As we are building out content for large audiences and have specific charts we would like to include in the appendix, our community would find it helpful to have this section be collapsible so users can access this content if needed without it taking up additional page space. This would allow us to more thoughtfully format dashboards and ensure supplementary content is available but not always shown for those that don't need it.

This is a closely related issue: My customer wants to have the cards in the appendix arranged and formatted (e.g., background color) per specifications. It would be great to have more control over the Appendix organization and appearance.
