Organize list of datasets

The long list of datasets can be hard to find what you need. It would be great if there could be a favorites folder for users to mark their top datasets or some file structure to organize the datasets for the organization as a whole.

Also, it would be great if any filters on the dataset page are cleared when the page refreshes. Currently, it stores previous filters for days at a time and you have to manually clear them each time to see the datasets or set new filters.
