Dynamically Filtered Alerts and Scheduled Reports

I would love to see functionality to filter 1 existing card or dashboard and schedule to send that or dynamically filter within the Alert setup screen.
For example, I have an NPS report that I would like to send to each CSM whenever they get a new result that is "assigned" to them. So whenever rows get added where CSM = Kip, they would get an alert. Also, they would receive weekly digests of their results, without a Domosapien having to duplicate and filter cards before setting up schedules and alerts.
