Option to allow the "Filter Bar" be visible by default

Hello

We have quite a few external embed cards for which we have enabled the "Filter Bar" in the embed options, but the users would still have to click the "Filter" button to see the actual Filter Bar.

I suggest/request to introduce an option within the embed options that shows the full "Filter Bar", not just the Filter button, by default, so that's one less click for my end users to go through.

    It would be great if we could pin it like we have for the sidebar. We just noticed this today in our organization and I'm not loving the inconvenience of having to click on the icon every time I load a new page/dashboard.

    The filter bar always stayed visible by default up until a few days ago. I hope this is just a bug and not an intentional change.
