Impersonate another user

Can you provide an option to impersonate another user's profile using admin account. Specifically, I would like to know if it is possible to access and view another user's account, such as a customer's account, in order to troubleshoot issues they may be experiencing, even if they have been granted the necessary access.

Use case 1 - If someone from our team want a separate filter view only for him for a dashboard and they are not able to do it by them self's then as an admin is there an option to impersonate his account and add a filter view for him.

Use case 2 - Before inform user that the access has been provided to dashboard, we would like to impersonate a user account and see if the dashboard is visible in there account properly or not.
