Share / Hide specific pages in AppStudio Apps

I think it would great to have the ability to share specific pages within apps.

For example we make apps for certain divisions and the VP should be able to see all the pages and then managers under them should only have access to their pages. Or in our app for HR team, the ability to add a page for certain people for smaller one off pages to help with specifics for their job and avoid clutter for everyone else using the app.

If something like this exists already please let me know. It didn't look like anyone else has requested this yet.
