Add "Select All" Option To Drop-Down Filter Card

We had a use case where a user wanted to select all options in a drop-down filter except for one. However, the drop-down filter tile does not have the option to select all (which is a bit strange as other filter options (i.e. check box, radio) have this feature).

It is tedious to have to go through all the options to select everything except for one or two options. So a "select all" option here would improve our process in terms of speed and efficiency.
